ITS Administrative Services Division provides administrative support to the ITS Department through:

• Financial administration utilizing the Tyler-Munis financial software application for budgeting, payment requests, supply orders and budget monitoring.
• Payroll, time and attendance administration utilizing the Kronos Workforce Central application
• Personnel action updates for submittal to Jefferson County Human Resources Department
• Supply inventory and maintenance
• General clerical and administrative functions

The goal of the division is to provide needed support services that assist the other divisions in achieving their long-term goals as well as functioning efficiently day to day.
